医疗设备安全指数受电能质量影响的研究

摘　　要：目的:研究电能质量对医疗设备安全指数的影响。方法:以循证医学模式为指导,对6类共100台分属医院各科室的、临床使用率较高的A类设备进行历史性列队跟踪调查,详细记录每台设备每次故障的情况,对同一时段内电能质量监测的结果进行比较、分析,鉴别,筛选出故障性质归属,取得相关数据。结果:受电能质量影响而引发的356次故障中,电源部分的故障次数为159次,控制部分的故障次数为157次,信号通道的故障次数为40次。结论:电力污染使电能质量下降,导致医疗设备故障率升高。安全指数下降给医疗设备的安全运行造成严重的负面影响,医学工程技术部门对此应高度警惕。Objective To research the impact of electrical power quality in medical equipment safety index. Methods Focus on evidence-based medical model, historicity follow-up survey on one hundred A-Type equipments in 6 types, which are high usage rate of each section office in attached hospitals, note every fault of equipment, consult the results of monitoring electrical power quality in same period of time to compare and analyze, and then discriminate and screen out fault quality to get relative data. Results In total 356 times faults which are influenced by electrical power quality, the faults of electric power source are 159 times, the faults of control portion are 157 times, the faults of signal channel are 40 times. Conclusions The electric pollution can descend of electrical energy quality, lead to higher failure rate of medicalequipment. The dropped safety index of the safe operation of medical equipment can be caused serious negative effect, and department of biomedical engineering technology should be highly vigilant.
