对电子病历应用存在问题的思考

摘　　要：叙述了电子病历的概念,分析了电子病历存在的问题。提出了限制病历修改权限以及书写时间,健全医院病历管理机制,保证病历法律性、时效性,完善国家政策,建立第三方管理服务机构,为电子病历发展提供技术和环境的支持几点建议。展望了我国未来电子病历的发展前景。The concept of EMR is described and the problems of EMR application are analyzed including restrictions on change permissions and writing time of EMR, and sounds in medical record management mechanism to ensure legality and effectiveness of record. Based on improvement of national policy, third-party management services institutions are established and related suggestions on technical and environmental support of EMR development are provided, and the future of its development in our country are expected.[Chinese Medical Equipment Journal, 2009,30（3） ：98-99]
