通络熄风注射液对脑缺血再灌注大鼠脑血氧代谢及血压的影响

摘　　要：应用近红外线血氧测定仪非侵入性地观察了通络熄风注射液对脑缺血再灌注大鼠脑血氧代谢的影响，结果：缺血期脑组织氧合血红蛋白［ＨＢ．Ｏ２］及总血红蛋白［ＨＢ．Ｔ］明显低于缺血前，而还原血红蛋白［ＨＢ］则明显增高；再灌注后ＨＢ．Ｏ２及ＨＢ．Ｔ均升高超过缺血前水平，继而再降低，生理盐水组降低的幅度明显大于通络熄风注射液组，而ＨＢ在再灌注后先降低而后升高。We studied the effect of Tongluoxifeng on the metabolism of cerebral oxygenation and blood pressure during cerebral ischemiareperfusion in the rats by noninvasive near infrared spectroscopy .The results showed that oxyhaemoglobin & total haemoglobin in the brain tissure decreased after ischemia;but deoxyhaemoglobin increased after ischemia.After reperfusion,both HB.O2 & HB.T returned to the control and exceeded the control,and then decreased again.The reduction of HB.O2 & HB.T after reperfusion in normal saline group was significantly larger than that in Tongluoxifeng group.These results indicated that Tongluoxifeng could prevent the reduction of cerebral blood flow during reperfusion.
