延边地区朝鲜族和汉族女性不同类型高血压患病率的流行病学调查

摘　　要：目的:探讨延边地区不同民族女性不同类型高血压患病率与其部分危险因素(吸烟、饮酒、肥胖类型、血脂水平及高血糖)之间的关系。方法:采取随机整群抽样法抽取1859例30～70岁朝鲜族和汉族常住女性居民,测量其身高、体重、腰围及血压,同时采集空腹静脉血测定血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)及血糖(GLU)水平。结果:①朝鲜族女性与汉族女性不同类型高血压患病率比较有统计学意义(P<0.01),高血压、单纯收缩期高血压(ISH)和收缩期高血压合并舒张期高血压(SDH)的患病率随年龄增长而升高,其升高趋势有统计学意义(P<0.001)。②汉族女性周围型肥胖患病率高于朝鲜族女性(P<0.05),而朝鲜族女性中心型肥胖患病率高于汉族女性(P<0.001);汉族女性的吸烟率显著高于朝鲜族女性(P<0.001)。朝鲜族女性高脂血症和高血糖患病率均显著高于汉族女性(P<0.01)。结论:本地区女性高血压患病率与民族、年龄、是否吸烟、肥胖类型和血脂水平密切相关。Objective： To explore and relationship between hypertension and its risk factors in Korean and Han nationality women of Yanbian area. Methods： A total of 1 859 women aged 30 -70 years were selected. Height, weight, waist and blood pressure were measured, the levels of total cholesterol （TC）, triglyceride （TG）, high -density lipoprotein cholesterol （HDL- C） and glucose in serum were detected. Results：①There was significant difference in prevalence rate of hypertension subtype between Korean and Han nationality women. The older the women were, the higher prevalence rates of hypertension, isolated systolic hypertension （ ISH）, systolic hypertension with diastolic hypertension were （ P 〈 0. 001 ） . ②The prevalence rate of peripheral obesity in Han nationality women was significantly higher than that in Korean nationality women （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, while the prevalence rate of central obesity in Korean nationality women was significantly higher than that in Han nationalitv women （ P 〈 0. 001 ） . The rate of smokinz in Han nationality women was sianificantlv higher than that in Korean nationality women （P 〈0. 001 ） . The prevalence rate of hyperlipidemia and hyperglycemia in Korean nationality women was significantly higher than that in Han nationality women （P 〈 0. 01 ） . Conclusion： The prevalence rate of hypertension among women in Yanbianarea was related to nation, age, smoking or not, obesity styles and the level of lipids in serum.
