摘 要:为了提高猴胚肾细胞的产量和质量,对生物制品生产中常规使用的四种细胞制备方法进行实验性评价,结果表明热消化法和冷消化法较适合于猴胚肾细胞的制备,冷消化法又优于热消化法,细胞产量高稳定性好,细胞活力强,上述两种方法也适合于幼兔肾和胎猴肺细胞的制备.In order to increase the yield of embryo-kidney cell four kinds of trypsinization methods used in biological production were compared.The results showed that the heating (37℃) and cooling(4℃) trypsinization were suitable,but the cooling is higher and more stable than the heating for the yield of the cell harvest,the vigour of cells growth was also better.The young rabbit kidneys and embryo-monkey lungs were tested by using methods as mentioned above.
