Toxic Effect of Cu^(2+) on Alternanthera philoxeroides Alleviated by Different Concentration of Ce^(3+) and Nd^(3+)

摘  要:研究了不同浓度Ce3+、Nd3+对水花生(Alternanthera philoxeroides(Mart.)Griseb.)叶片Cu2+毒害的影响.结果表明,在Cu2+毒害下,水花生的叶绿素和可溶性蛋白含量下降,保护酶系统(POD、SOD、CAT)活性降低,O2.-产生速率和膜脂过氧化产物MDA含量上升,H2O2含量降低,一定浓度(2.5~7.5mg/L)的Ce3+、Nd3+处理,都能不同程度地缓解这些现象.而更高浓度的Ce3+、Nd3+处理的缓解作用不断减弱,甚至加重Cu2+毒害.相比之下,单一Ce3+的作用效果优于单一Nd3+.总的看来,Ce3+、Nd3+的最适浓度为5~7.5mg/L.Ce3+、Nd3+缓解重金属毒害的作用可能与调节蛋白质的表达及活性氧代谢有关.Alternanthera philoxeroides were cultivated in solution of 2 mg/L Cu^2+ and different concentration of Ce3 + and Nd3 + for 7 days to investigate the action of rare earths on the toxic effect of heavy metal. Results show that, under the low concentration of Ce3+ and Nd3+ , the content of chlorophyll, soluble protein and H2O2. the activity of protective en- zymes ( SOD, POD, CAT) are higher than that of single Cu treatment, the accumulation of MDA and the O2-generating rate are less compared with Cu poison. However, with higher concentrations of Ce3+and Nd3+ , the relieving effect is getting weaker and weaker, even aggravates the toxic effect. Generally, the optimum concentration of Ce3+ and Nd3+ is 5 - 7. 5 mg/L for Alternanthera philoxeroides, and Ce3+ is better than Nd3 +. The expression of protein and metabolism of active oxygen are responsible for the reliving effect mentioned above.
