摘　　要：针对单元制造系统的操作工分配问题,以最大化企业绩效为目标建立了混合整数规划模型。该模型在传统只考虑技术技能的基础上,增加了操作工人际技能的提高,通过实例针对3种不同情况利用lingo软件进行了16次求解试验,结果表明考虑人际技能能够更好地进行操作工的分配并提高系统绩效。This paper investigates worker assignments in cellular manufacturing systems, and establishes a mixed integer programming model in order to maximize the profit for enterprises. More than considering traditionally the technical skills of workers, the proposed model takes into account the improvement of the technical skills. Three real cases of worker, assignments are tested by the software Lingo, which demonstrates that the model leads to better worder assignments and improves the performance of the systems.
