摘  要:针对道路建设中过量使用磷石膏并引发工程病害的问题,进行了既有富含磷石膏二灰土底基层的改良再生研究.在室内试验基础上,结合现场试验,提出了既有二灰土混合料改良再生方案,并进行了工程应用.结果表明,在既有富含磷石膏二灰土混合料中加入适当比例的石灰和粉煤灰,改良再生后满足道路底基层力学性能和稳定性控制要求.既有二灰土混合料仍然具有很强的膨胀性,改良再生后的无荷膨胀率由原来的40%左右降低到9%以下,将组合配比6.5%L+20%F+73.5%H应用于全线道路底基层改良再生施工,路用性能检测结果和道路使用效果良好.Reusing test study on phosphogypsum-lime solidified soil in road base course is carried out to solve engineering diseases caused by the overuse of phosphogypsum in highway.Based on results of laboratory tests and field tests,the reusing project of phosphogypsum-lime solidified soil was put forward and used in practical construction.Results show that after reusing by adding some lime and fly-ash to the mixture with appropriate ratio the road base course can satisfy the mechanical properties and stability requirements.Compared with original mixtures,the expansibility of reconstituted mixtures reduces remarkably and the unload swell ratio is under 9%,much lower than the original mixtures with the unload swell ratio of about 40%.The mix design of 6.5%L+20%F+73.5%H has been applied in construction of road base course.Both the test results of highway properties and the operation effect of highway are well.
