高温模拟蒸馏在渣油馏程分析中的应用

摘  要:使用非极性毛细管柱及程序升温进样系统分析减压渣油馏程,并与经典分析减压馏程结果作对比,通过引入修正系数对模拟蒸馏分析结果进行修正,同时检验了此修正方法的准确性及合理性,使高温模拟蒸馏取代减压蒸馏成为可能,从而达到省时省力快速分析的目的。Non-polar capillary column and temperature programmed sampling system was applied to the analyses of distillation ranges of vacuum residues. The analytical results were compared with those obtained by conventional vacuum distillation analytical methods. By introducing correction factors, the results of the simulated distillation analyses were corrected, and the accuracy and rationality of the corrections are tested at the same time. As a result of these it is possible to replace vacuum distillation with high temperature simulated distillation, and less time and less manpower are needed to achieve a rapid analysis.
