摘　　要：采用ＳＴＤ总线微机配备新型交流大电流测量装置构成电石炉控制系统，可取得显著的节能效果．给出了控制系统的硬件结构及Ｉ／Ｏ接口电路，论述了冶炼大电流检测环节的特点及程序设计的任务．Using a CaC 2 furnace control system with STD bus micro computer and a new type of A.C. heavy current measuring device, remarkable energy saving is resulted. The hardware architectures for the control system and the I/O interface circuit are given. The specific features of the heavy current measurement component for smelting and the task of the program design are discussed.
