摘　　要：科研管理是构建科研创新体系的一个重要组成部分，科研管理可以分为自组织型和他组织型科研管理两种模式。遵循科研发展规律的自组织管理模式是推进科研事业快速发展的前提条件，在顺应科研活动规律的基础上恰当地实施他组织的管理调控，是加速推进科学研究进展的必要补充。科研管理人员应投身实践，深入研究，大力提倡“无为而治”的自组织管理理念，把科研服务作为科研管理的重点，进一步加快科研管理机制改革，努力实现我国自主创新、科研进步的快速发展。The scientific research management is one of the critical factors to build up the innovative system of scientific research. There are two modes of scientific research management： self-organization and hetero-organization. The self-organization management, which follows the rules of science development, is the precondition to advance the scientific research, it is also necessary to implement the hetero-organization in right time and right place. The management should conduct more investigation into the nature of scientific research, put the service on the important role and finally speed up the reforming of science research man- agement mechanism.
