摘　　要：为了配合我国"按用热量分户计量收费"措施的实施,设计了一种由智能网络热量表、集中器、监控中心组成的三层结构的用热量远程计量系统,现介绍其部件功能、硬件和软件设计。A kind of intelligent remote metering system of customers＂ heat consumption is designed in this paper. The metering system is a dynamic monitoring network system composed of intelligent network calorimeters, musters and monitoring center computers. The hardware and software design of everycomponent is emphatically demonstrated.
