摘　　要：随着工业化进程的加快,市场竞争越演越烈,未来生产领域的竞争不光是生产成本的竞争,而正在变为时间的竞争,管理尤为重要。生产过程中的一个关键问题是生产运行设备的维修工作。文章阐述了规则管理与实证管理的特点,提出了坚持实证管理存在的问题和采取的措施。With the acceleration of the indastry process, the market ampetition is much fiercer, the competition in the production field is not fust the cost of production, is turning to the time managemetn.One key issue in the production proless is the maintenance of the equipment. The maintenanle work include spelial program, task ,instruction needing eqpert worker, the equipment that can meet to the reliablitiby of equipment and other resourse .The article illustrades the characteristics of standardize management and positive mecnagement, puts forward the problem existed in positive management and the measure should be taken.
