摘　　要：目的:采用生物活性测定法加强控制注射用肌氨肽苷的质量。方法:取健康合格猫,体重2.0～3.5kg,雄性,参照《中国药典》2005年版二部降压物质检查法测定。结果:比较dt与ds0.05,ds0.05,dt之间的降压幅度,可作为生物活性测定的指标。结论:该法准确,可靠,可用于注射用肌氨肽苷的质量控制。Objective： A bioactivity assay method was established to enhance the quality control of Muscular Amino Acids and Peptides and Nucleosides for Injection. Methods：The determination was carried out with a qualified male cat （body weight ,2. 0 -3.5 kg） , according to the test of depressor substance of Volume Ⅱ of Pharmacopoeia of People＇ s Republic of China （ Edition 2005 ）. Result： The regulation was determined by the male cat＇ s underpressure amplitude. Conclusion ： This method was proved to be simple and reliable, and can be used for the quality control of Muscular Amino Acids and Peptides and Nucleosides for Injection.
