摘　　要：目的:建立测定健身宁片中2,3,5,4′-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷的HPLC定量法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法。以Diamonsil C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)为色谱柱;流动相:乙腈-水(23∶77);流速:1.0mL·min-1;检测波长:320nm;结果:2,3,5,4′-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷在0.02472～0.59328μg范围内。进样量与峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.9999)。平均回收率为:100.75%(RSD=2.64%)。结论:方法简便、快速准确、灵敏度高,重现性好。可作为健身宁片的含量测定法。Objective： To establish a method for the determination of 2,3,5,4＇-tetrahyoxy-2-（O-β-D）-glycoside in Jianshenning Tablet by HPLC. Methods： The HPLC system consisted of Diamonsil C18 column （4. 6 mm × 250 mm, 5μm）, acetonitrile-water （23 ： 77） ; flow rate at 1.0 mL · min^-1 and detected with UV at 320 nm. Results： The method had good linear relationship within the range 0. 024 72 - 0. 593 28 μg of 2,3,5,4＇-tetrahyoxy-2-O-β-D-glycoside, the correlation coefficient（r） was 0. 999 9. The result （ n = 6） of the recovery was 100. 75 % （RSD = 2.64% ）. Conclusion：The method is simple, fast, rapid, accurate and suitable for the determination of preparation.
