摘 要:提出一种基于本体的适应人员和业务变化的工作流模型,通过加入对子模型内部及子模型之间相关概念和关系的定义,达到模型对人员和业务变化适应性的目的.在组织机构模型中,将机构、角色和人员分层建模,减少了人员变化对模型关系和结构的影响.权限分配子模型采用基于任务的权限分配方法,使任务变化不涉及组织机构模型的变化,避免了模型间复杂关系的改变.由于模型采用本体表示,与上述建模方式结合,使模型能灵活适应变化,避免了传统模型缺乏共享性的缺点.Based on ontology theory, this paper addresses a novel workflow model that can accommodate the change of personnel and operation. To achieve the object of adapting to change more powerfully, the model adopts the method of extending the definition of conceptions and relationships inside the submodel as well as between the submodels. To address the result of reducing the negative impact on the model relationships and structure, the model makes the organization, the roles and the personnel separately at different levels in the organization model. And the authority assignation model adopts the authority assignation based on task. Consequently, it also addresses the result that the change of task will not affect the organization model and will avoid the change of the complicated relationships. Especially, it makes the conception represented by ontology. Therefore, this paper produces the conclusion that the model has covered the defect of unshared feature in traditional models, at the same time, it is more secure and flexible.
