摘　　要：文章介绍了高校科技统计的十个内容和为高校管理部门了解情况、评价科技管理工作、制定科技政策和发展规划提供科学统计分析的任务,分析了高校科技统计对高校确定发展方向、高校科研管理工作、科研计划、科研工作评价等方面的重要作用,阐述了高校科技统计中存在的问题及对策。The article introduces the statistics content and the duty of the universities science and technology,and analyzes the universities science and technology statistics, the universities scientific research management, the development direc- tion, the scientific research plan as well as the appraisal function of the scientific research supervisory work. Problems in universities science and technology statistics are discussed and countermeasures are put forward.
