摘  要:目的研究吴茱萸药材水蒸气蒸馏-醇提过大孔树脂柱联用工艺的提取效果。方法以挥发油得率、吴茱萸碱和吴茱萸次碱保留率及药材中生物碱和水溶性成分的HPLC图谱为指标,考察水蒸气蒸馏-醇提过大孔树脂柱联用工艺对保留吴茱萸有效成分的影响。结果吴茱萸药材水蒸气蒸馏-醇提过大孔树脂柱联用工艺保留了药材挥发油、生物碱、水溶性成分,显著降低了出膏率。结论水蒸气蒸馏-醇提过大孔树脂柱联用工艺是吴茱萸药材提取纯化的适宜工艺。Objective To investigate the extraction efficiency of Fructus evodiae by wet distillation-alcohol extract combined with macroporous adsorptive resin. Methods With the extraction yield of volatile oils, contents of evodiamine and rutaecarpine metered by HPLC as indexes, the extraction efficiency of the above-mentioned combined extraction method was evaluated. Results The volatile oils, alkaloids and water-soluble components from Fructus evodiae were obtained effectively and the paste yield was reduced by wet distillation-alcohol extract combined with macroporous adsorptive resin. Conclusion The method of wet distillation-alcohol extract combined with macroporous adsorptive resin is more effective for the extraction of active constituents of Fructus evodiae.
