复方甘草酸苷联合单磷酸阿糖腺苷治疗带状疱疹疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察单磷酸阿糖腺苷联合复方甘草酸苷治疗带状疱疹的疗效和安全性。方法随机将60例患者分为2组,治疗组用单磷酸阿糖腺苷联合复方甘草酸苷,对照组只用单磷酸阿糖腺苷,比较2组止疱、干涸、止痛时间及后遗神经痛发生率。结果治疗组和对照组止疱时间分别为(2.53±0.39)d和(2.84±0.60)d,疼痛减轻时间(2.71±0.30)d和(3.27±0.48)d,止痛时间为(3.91±0.42)d和(5.11±1.08)d,皮损痊愈时间为(7.33±0.33)d和(9.38±0.43)d,2组有效率分别是93.3%和70.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论单磷酸阿糖腺苷联合复方甘草酸苷治疗带状疱疹疗效好。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of the combination of vidarabine monophosphate with compound glycyrrhizin in the treatment of herpes zoster, and evaluate the safety of this therapy. Methods Sixty patients with herpes zoster were randomly divided into two groups of treatment group with the combination of vidarabine monophosphate with compound glycyrrhizin and control group with vidarabine monophosphate. The times of stopping vesiculation, drying, stopping pain and the incidence of postherpetic neuralgia were compared between the two groups. Results The times of stopping vesiculation, drying, stopping pain and healing time were （2.53±0.39） d and （2.84± 0.60） d, （2.71 ± 0.30） d and （3.27 ± 0.48） d,（3.91 ±0.42） d and （5.11 ± 1.08） d, （7.33 ± 0.33） d and （9.38 ± 0.43） d, respectively, for the two groups. The effective rate was 93.3% for the treatment group and 70.0 % for the control group. There was a statistically significant difference in the effective rate between the two groups （P〈0.05, P〈0.01）. Conclusion The clinical efficacy can be better with the combination of vidarabine monophosphate with compound glycyrrhizin in the treatment of herpes zoster.
