摘　　要：白细胞介素-1(IL-1)家族成员是一类重要的促炎性细胞因子,近年研究证实,该家族的因子不仅是体内免疫调节和炎症反应的核心介质,而且在许多肿瘤形成和进展中起着重要作用,以IL-1为靶向针对其合成及信号转导途径各层次的治疗策略,如ICE抑制剂、NF-κB抑制剂、IL-1Ra等均显示了在肿瘤治疗中的价值。Members of interleukin-1 family are crucial proinflammatory cytokines, recent datas confirm that IL- 1 family cytokines not only act as core mediators in regulating immunity and inflammatory reaction, but also play an important role in the development of tumor and tumor invasiveness. Anti-tumor strategides targeted on synthesis of IL-1 and IL-1 signal pathways, and the application of ICE inhibitor, NF- κB inhibitor and IL-Ra are evolving as promising methods in tumor therapy.
