银杏达莫对老年糖尿病并脑梗死患者血液流变学的影响

摘　　要：目的观察银杏达莫注射液对老年糖尿病并脑梗死患者血液流变学的影响。方法选择52例老年糖尿病并脑梗死患者给予银杏达莫注射液静脉滴注治疗,观察用药前后血液流变学的改变。结果治疗前后全血黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞压积、红细胞聚集指数、全血还原黏度均有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论银杏达莫注射液具有降低血液黏度、改善微循环、一定的抑制血栓形成的作用,对血液流变学指标有改善功能。Objective To investigate hemorheological variations in patients with presby-diabetes accompanied by cerebral infarction treated with gingko dipyridamole injection. Methods Fiftytwo patients with presby-diabetes accompanied by cerebral infarction treated with gingko dipyridamole injection through intravenously guttae were selected and their hemorheological variations before and after medication were observed. Results There were significant differences in whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, hematocrit, erythrocyte aggregation index and whole blood reduced viscosity before and after medication. Conclusion Gingko dipyridamole injection can decrease whole blood viscosity, improve microcirculation and hemorheology index, and inhibit thrombogenesis.
