摘　　要：目的通过生物学观测和超微结构研究,获得对西北地区8种民族药及民间药的重要显微鉴定特征。方法在野外生物学观测的基础上应用光镜和扫描电镜,观察分析了8种常见荒漠药用植物的种子微形态结构。结果8种荒漠药用植物种子的微形态结构表现出丰富的多样性。结论其种子超微结构特征可为这些民族药及民间药的鉴定提供新的资料。Objective To obtain some new important features of microscopic identification for 8 medicinal herbs from desert region of northwest China. Methods On the basis of the biological investigation, the micro-structural features of the seeds of 8 medicinal herbs were observed by light microscope and SEM. Results The micro-structural features of the seeds of 8 medicinal herbs appeared abundant diversities. Conclusion The micro-structural features of the seeds of these 8 medicinal herbs may provide new data for their identification.
