摘　　要：以香港城市道路多边形数据采集为例,研究利用香港原基础地图系统中的Coverage地理基础数据建立拓扑关系更强的Geodatabase格式的道路数据库的基本思想,提出将道路分为路面多边形、路口多边形和隔离带多边形,并生成参考道路中心线网络。在此基础上研究在ArcGIS下进行道路多边形采集的具体作业流程。详细探讨利用ArcGIS软件进行道路多边形构面的方法以及成果质量控制的关键技术。Taking Hong Kong urban road polygon data collection as an example, researches the basic philosophy to establish the stronger Geodatabase using Hong Kong original foundation map system＇s Coverage geography essential data. Proposes that divides the road surface polygon into road polygon, junction polygon and the RoadAsset polygon, and produces the reference path middle line network. Based on this, studies road polygon gathering work flow under ArcGIS. Put forward the method of road polygon construction surface based on ArcGIS and key technologies about achievement quality control.
