高血压、高血脂病患者药物治疗依从性影响因素的调查分析

摘　　要：目的了解高血压、高血脂慢性病患者的药物治疗依从性的影响因素。方法采用问卷调查法询问了99名高血压、高血脂病患者的药物治疗依从性及其相关因素。结果99例高血压、高血脂慢性病患者中有53人药物治疗依从性差,具体情况表现为不能长期坚持服药、不能按照医嘱要求的每天服药次数进行服药、不能按照医嘱的服药量进行服药、以及不能按照医嘱定时间服药。多因素Logistic回归分析结果:病人重视不够未依从的X2值为9.94,P<0.01,自感健康状况好未依从的X2值为6.83,P<0.01,对自身疾病和药物知识了解少未依从的X2值为17.29,P<0.01,无家人提醒未依从的X2值为25.06,P<0.01。结论影响高血压、高血脂慢性病患者药物治疗依从性因素是多方面的,有必要加强对病人的健康教育,以提高药物治疗的依次性。Objective high blood pressure, high cholesterol in patients with chronic medical treatment compliance factor. Multivariate Logistic regression analysis： the patient failed to attach sufficient importance to the X2 from the value of 9.94, P 〈0.01, felt not so good state of health from the X2 value of 6.83, P 〈0.01, on its own knowledge and understanding of the disease and the drug failed less from the X2 = 17.29, P 〈0.01, free from the family failed to remind the X2 value of 25.06, P 〈0.01.Conclusion effects of high blood pressure, high cholesterol in patients with chronic medication compliance wide range of factors, the need to strengthen the health of the patient education, to improve the treatment of the order.
