摘　　要：以吐氏酸为原料，用发烟硫酸作磺化剂合成了中间体氨基Ｊ酸，对反应的关键条件发烟硫酸的浓度、二磺化和三磺化的温度以及水解温度进行了优化，提出了一条切实可行的合成路线，并对它作为有机合成中间体的应用作了概括．Amino J acid(2 amino 5,7 naphthalenedisulfonic acid),a valuable intermediate in organic synthesis, was synthesized from tobias(2 amino 1 naphthalenesulfonic acid) and oleum by a new procedure in good yield. The conditions of the reaction were studied and a practicable synthesis route was proposed. The applications of amino J acid were also described.
