摘 要:用微量热法研究了水杨醛氨基葡萄糖西佛碱(SG)配体及其金属配合物和金属离子对大肠杆菌的作用,发现在不同化合物作用下,大肠杆菌的代谢热谱不同,从热谱曲线的差异探讨了SG系列金属配合物和金属离子对大肠杆菌的抑制情况.Microcalorimtry was used to study antibacterial activities of four kinds of Schiff base and its complexes and two kinds of metal ion compound on E.coli. According to the power time curves, the multiplication rate constant k , the genaration time t g ,antibacterial ratio I and heat q have been calculated from these thermograms. the experimental results show that different kind of compounds has different effect on E.coli, it follows the sequence of Zn SG>SG>Co(Ⅲ) SG>Cu(Ⅱ) SG in 50 mg·L -1 and sequence of Co(Ⅲ) SG~SG>Zn SG>Cu(Ⅱ) SG in 100 mg·L -1 , under the cation of different compounds, their metabolism thermograms are different, the mechanism of their action also different.
