摘 要:探讨了溶剂萃取和树脂吸附精制银杏黄酮苷的机理,比较了溶剂萃取法和树脂吸附法提取精制银杏叶中黄酮苷的方法.结果表明,树脂吸附精制银杏黄酮苷优于溶剂萃取精制.溶剂萃取和树脂吸附精制的提取物,其总黄酮苷含量分别为28.14%和35.11%,产率分别为1.90%和1.67%.The mechanisms of refining the flavone glycosides in Ginkgo biloba leaves by solvent extractions and resin absorptions were discussed,and the methods for isolating and refining Ginkgo flavone glycosides by solvent extractions and resin absorptions were compared. the results showed that the method of resin absorption was better than that of solvent extraction. The contents of total Ginkgo flavone glycosides in GBE prepared by the solvent extraction and resin absorption were 28.4% and 35.11% respectively, and the yields were 1.9% and 1.67% respectively.
