摘 要:为了考察煤岩组成对成浆性能的影响,以惰质组含量较高的神府榆家梁煤为研究对象,采用重液离心法进行煤岩组分的分离和富集,配制出具有不同煤岩组成的制浆用模型煤样,然后在相同的条件下进行制浆试验,研究得出了煤岩组成与成浆性的定量关系.结果表明:成浆性随惰质组含量的增加和镜质组含量的减少而先增加后降低,对于本试验所用的神府榆家梁煤,当惰质组含量大约为24%时制浆效果最好.The coal from Shenfu with high content of inertinite was used to research the effect of petrological composition of coal on slurryability. The heavy liquid centrifugal method was used for separation and enrichment of macral component, and the model coal samples with different petrographical constitution were prepared. The coal water slurries were prepared under the same conditions to study the quantitative relation between the macerals and slurryability of coal. The results show that slurryability increased first and then decreased with the increasing of the inertinite content and the corresponding reduction of vitrinite content. For the sample coal used in this experiment the slurryability is highest when the inertinite content was about 24%.
