摘 要:针对运输巷道中难以设置风机机站的难题,依据风流流动的基础理论,建立了单机和多机并联硐室型风机机站的理论模型,应用Matlab进行数值模拟分析,并在多级机站通风系统中开展应用研究.结果表明:多机并联硐室型风机机站完全能够替代辅扇或巷道型风机机站,在难以设置辅扇或风机机站的运输巷道内有效解决工作面供风不足、风流反向、污风循环等风流调控的技术难题,引射风量大于35 m3/s,降低作业面环境温度3℃以上.不仅增强了多级机站通风方式的适应性,减少风机机站的维护量,不影响行人和运输,而且改善作业区的供风质量,提高柴油机运输设备的燃烧效率,强化中段通风网络的排烟排尘效果,有利于保护工人的身体健康和促进矿井的安全生产.Base on the airflow movement theory, the theory model of single fan and parallel multi-fans being installed in two sides of tunnel cross-cut was established and analyzed in allusion to the difficulty to install fans in the tunnel. Numerical simulation was carried out through Matlab and fruitful application investigation was carried on as well in a mine ventilation system with multi-fans. The parallel multi-fans being installed in two sides of tunnel cross-cut could play a significant role like an accessorial fan in transporting laneway, which could effectively resolve many airflow controlling problems such as air output lacking, airflow reversing, dreggy air circulating, etc. Therefore more than 35 m^3/s ejecting airflow volume was got and the temperature of work surface was decreased more than 3℃. The adaptability of multi-fans ventilation mode was enhanced, the maintenance of multi-fans was reduced, the walking and transporting were not disturbed, the efficiency of diesel engine was elevated for the improved airflow quality in mining workings, and the blasting fume and dust were eliminated from mining network to the surface because of the improving air volume as well. All of above is helpful to workers' health and to the production safety in the mine.
