摘 要:利用近红外透射光谱分析仪,对黑龙江省农业科学院草业所玉米室选育的71份玉米自交系进行了品质成份测定,其中2005年的14份和2006年的57份。结果表明:玉米籽粒的3种成份在不同材料中差异显著,粗脂肪的变异系数较大,2005和2006年分别为7.09和7.46;粗淀粉的变异系数较小,为0.51和0.68;蛋白质的变异系数分别为4.03和4.51。自交系的粗脂肪平均含量分别为3.81%和3.62%,粗淀粉平均含量为72.44%和71.96%,蛋白质平均含量为12.15%和11.54%。同时针对近红外技术进行了讨论。The quality characters of 71 maize inbred lines from Pratacultural Science Institute of Heilongjiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences were analyzed by Near Infrared Reflectance Spectroscopy which including 14 maize inbred lines in the year 2005 and 57 lines in 2006. The results showed that the range of variation of 3 ingredients was remarkable,the coefficient of variation of crude-fat was large,7.09 in 2005 year and 7.46 in 2006 year,hut the coefficient of variation of crude-starch was little,0. 51 and 0. 68 respectively,and the coefficient of variation of protein was 4.03 and 4.51. The average content of maize inbred lines was 3.81% and 3.62% ,72.44% and 71.96% ,12. 15% and 11.54% ,respectively for the crude-fat,protein and crude-starch in 2005 and 2006 years. The application of NIRS was discussed in the paper.
