摘　　要：目的:研究红细胞生成素(EPO)与子宫内膜异位症(EMS)的相关性,以探讨EPO在EMS发病过程中的作用。方法:用放射免疫法分别测定子宫内膜异位症不同分期患者及对照组外周血和腹腔液的EPO浓度,分析外周血和腹腔液EPO浓度与子宫内膜异位症R-AFS分期的相关性,并比较其在血清、腹腔液的含量。结果:①子宫内膜异位症患者腹腔液EPO浓度显著高于对照组(P<0.05);②子宫内膜异位症Ⅰ、Ⅱ期患者腹腔液EPO浓度显著高于Ⅲ、Ⅳ期患者(P<0.05);③子宫内膜异位症患者腹腔液EPO浓度与R-AFS分期呈负相关(r=-0.406,P<0.0005);④子宫内膜异位症患者腹腔液EPO浓度显著高于外周血浓度(P<0.05);⑤子宫内膜异位症患者外周血EPO浓度与对照组无显著性差异。结论:EPO通过血管生成可能参与了EMS腹腔微环境的改变,在子宫内膜异位症发病过程中起重要作用。Objective： To study the relationship between erythropoietin （EPO） and endometriosis （EMS）, explore the role of EPO in the pathogenesis of EMS. Methods： The levels of EPO in peritoneal fluid （PF） and serum were measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA） in women with EMS and without EMS （control group）. The relationship between the levels of EPO in PF and R -AFS of EMS in women with EMS was analyzed. The differences in concentration of EPO in PF and serum in clinical and control group were compared. Results ： ①The PF level of EPO in women with EMS was significantly higher than that in control group （ P = 0.05 ） ; ②The EPO concentrations of PF in women with EMS in stage Ⅰ and Ⅱ were significantly higher than those in stage Ⅲ and IV （P = 0.05） ; ③There was a significant negative correlation between the EPO concentration of PF and R - AFS score （ T = - 0. 406, P =0. 000 5 ） ; ④The EPO levels in PF in women with EMS were significantly higher than those in serum （P = 0.05 ） ; ⑤There were no significant differences in the serum levels of EPO between the women with EMS and the control group. Conclusion： EPO may play an important role in the pathogenesis of EMS by changing the microenvironment in the abdominal cavity through the angiogenesis.
