摘  要:目的:探讨高胆血红素血症新生儿换血治疗前后血中肿瘤坏死因子、可溶性细胞间隙因子的变化。方法:采用美国RD有限公司提供的双抗体夹心ABC-ELISA法试剂,无菌抽取患儿换血前、中、后静脉血液2.0ml分离血清,试验用。结果:高胆患儿换血前与换血中、换血后比较血中肿瘤坏死因子、可溶性细胞间隙因子差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。换血中与换血后比较,血中各种细胞因子差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论:高胆血红素血症新生儿在换血前、换血中、换血后血中肿瘤坏死因子、可溶性细胞间隙因子均有不同水平的变化,证实了换血疗法是病理性高胆血红素血症新生儿有效的治疗方法。Objective: To investigate the changes of blood tumor necrosis, soluble cell gap factor in hyperbilirubinemia newborn brings during the treatment of neonatal exchange transfusion. Methods: 1.5 ml separate serum of new born was collected before the blood and change blood in, after change blood. The United States RD limited company provide double - antibody contains filling. The expression levels of blood tumor necrosis and soluble cell gap factor were detected by ABC - ELISA Reagent method. Results: The expression levels of tumor necrosis factor and soluble intercellular space factor before the blood with change blood in were different with those after change blood (P 〈 0. 01 ) . The expression levels of other cell factors before the blood with change blood in were different with those after change blood (P 〈 0. 01 ) . Conclusion : The expression levels of tumor necrosis factor, soluble cell space of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia in the shake - heine hyperlipidemia, shake, shake -blood of are different. The exchange transfusion therapy is a high pathological biliary heine neonatal hyperbilirubinemia.
