摘　　要：目的:通过检测妊娠期尖锐湿疣(CA)患者皮损组织中血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)的表达,初步探讨妊娠期CA恶性进展的部分机制。方法:采用免疫组化S-P法分别检测妊娠期CA及非妊娠期CA患者皮损组织中VEGF的表达情况,并进行对比分析。结果:妊娠期CA组皮损组织中VEGF的表达呈强阳性,显著高于非妊娠期CA组(P<0.05)。结论:妊娠期CA患者皮损组织中VEGF的高表达可能导致CA病情加重。Objective： To investigate the expression of vascular endothelial growthfactor （VEGF） in the lesiongs of patients with condyloma acuminatum （CA） during pregnancy and its clinical significance. Methods： 20 outpatients with CA （CA group） and 16 patients with CA during pregnancy （ pregnancy CA group） were recruited. All subjects were investigated for the expression of VEGF by immunohisto- chemmistry technique. Results： The expression of VEGF in the lesional skin of pregnancy CA group was significangt higher than that of CA group （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclusion： VEGF may play an important role in the aggravation of CA during pregnancy.
