阴道分泌物常规多项目检查3种方法对比分析

摘　　要：目的:比较分析悬滴法、革兰染色法、瑞氏染色法对阴道分泌物(白带)常规项目的阳性检出情况。方法:采用悬滴法、瑞氏染色法、革兰染色法对190份阴道分泌物标本同时进行镜检,染色法用于寻查滴虫、真菌、线索细胞、淋球菌等,并与悬滴法寻查滴虫、真菌、线索细胞的情况进行比较。结果:采用悬滴法检出清洁度为Ⅲ～Ⅳ者89例(46.84%),滴虫、真菌、线索细胞的阳性率分别为3.68%、22.63%、8.42%;采用革兰染色法检出清洁度为Ⅲ～Ⅳ者154例(81.05%),滴虫、真菌、线索细胞、淋球菌的阳性率分别为4.21%、26.32%、27.37%、2.11%;采用瑞氏染色法检出清洁度为Ⅲ～Ⅳ者154例(81.05%),以上项目的阳性率分别为4.21%、26.32%、26.32%、2.11%。结论:染色法较悬滴法能够更好地提高阴道分泌物的阳性检出率和准确性,可取代悬滴法推广应用。Objective： To compare and analyze the positive rates of routine items examination of vaginal discharge by Wright＇s staining, Gram stain and physiologic saline suspension method. Methods： 190 vaginal discharge specimens were examinated by microscope at the same time by physiologic saline suspension method, Wright＇s staining and Gram stain. The staining was used to look for Trichomonas vaginalis （TV）, fungus, clue cell and neisseria gonorrhoeae. The results were contrasted with those examinated by physiologic saline suspension method. Results： By physiologic saline suspension method, 89 vaginal discharge specimens （46. 84% ） were found which cleaning degrees were Ⅲ - Ⅳ, and the positive rates of Trichomonas vaginalis, Fungus and clue cell respectively were： 3. 68% , 22. 63% , 8. 42%. By Gram stain, 154 vaginal discharge specimens （ 81.05% ） were found, which cleaning degrees were Ⅲ- Ⅳ, and the positive rates of Trichomonas vaginalis, Fungus, clue cell and Neisseria gonorrhoeae respectively were： 4. 21%, 26. 32%, 27. 37%, 2. 11%, while 154 vaginal discharge specimens （81.05%） were found by Wright＇s staining which cleaning degrees were Ⅲ - Ⅳ, and the positive rates of above items respectively were： 4. 21% , 26. 32% , 26. 32%, 2. 11%. Conclusion： The staining could replace physiologic saline suspension method and be expanded to be applied.
