摘　　要：目的:了解沈阳市0～18岁儿童、青少年单纯性肥胖症在人群中的分布特点,分析发展趋势,为制定正确的防治对策提供科学依据。方法:采用美国卫生统计中心/疾病控制中心(NCHS/CDC)制定的身高标准体重法,按照整群分层抽样的方法调查沈阳市5个城区0～18岁儿童17332人,其中0～5岁10555人,6～18岁6777人。结果:沈阳市0～18岁儿童青少年总肥胖检出率为11.48%,总超重检出率为12.48%。学龄前儿童肥胖检出率为6.13%,超重检出率为13.22%,肥胖超重比为2.2,脂肪重聚年龄为3岁。学龄儿童肥胖检出率为19.80%,超重检出率为11.33%,肥胖超重比为0.6。与1996年相比,10年动态趋势为学龄前儿童肥胖检出率年增长值为21.5%,学龄儿童为21.1%。结论:沈阳市城区有近1/4的儿童青少年超重和肥胖,10年增长率处于失控的奇高速度。儿童青少年肥胖已经成为沈阳市一个重要公共卫生问题,需引起社会的高度关注。Objective:To know the changed trend of obesity rate of the children aged 0 to 18 years in Shenyang and provide the scientific data for decision-making of child care management.Methods:A cross-sectional survey with random cluster had been used in Shenyang.17 332 children were divided into 0～5 years old group (10 555 children) and 6~18 years old group (6 777 children).Results:The prevalence of obesity and overweight was 11.48% and 12.48% respectively. The prevalence of obesity and overweight in 0～5 years old group were 6.13% and 13.22% respectively.The ratio of obesity to overweight was 2.2.The adiposity rebound age (ARA) was 3 years.The prevalence of obesity and overweight in 6～18 years old group were 19.80% and 11.33% respectively.The ratio of obesity to overweight was 0.6. The secular trend of prevalence of children obesity during 1996～2006 showed that the prevalence of obesity increased annually at 21.5% and 21.1% for the two groups.Conclusion:About one fourth of the children and adolescents in Shenyang are overweight or obesity. The increment of prevalence of obesity during 1996～2006 has been out of control. Obesity of children and adolescents in Shenyang has already become a serious public health problem deserved greater attention.
