摘　　要：目的:探讨抗血管紧张素Ⅱ受体1型(ATR-1)和α1-肾上腺素受体自身抗体在妊娠期高血压发病中的作用。方法:以合成的ATR-1受体和α1-肾上腺素受体多肽片段为抗原,采用酶联免疫吸附法检测35例妊娠期高血压患者和40例正常孕妇血清抗ATR-1和α1-肾上腺素受体自身抗体,同时检测血浆中血管紧张素Ⅱ的浓度。结果:妊娠期高血压患者ATR-1和α1-肾上腺素受体自身抗体的阳性率分别为31.4%(11/35)和28.6%(10/35),明显高于正常孕妇的7.5%(3/40)和5.0%(2/40),两者相比较差异有显著性(P<0.01)。观察组血浆血管紧张素Ⅱ浓度为(80.56±48.43)pmo/L,血压正常组浓度为(31.22±27.65)pmol/L,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论:妊娠期高血压患者血清中血管紧张素Ⅱ浓度升高,并且存在ATR-1和α-肾上腺素受体的自身抗体,两者可能在妊娠期高血压的发病中起重要作用。Objective： To explore the role of the autoantibodies against angiotensin II type 1 -receptor （ATR- 1 ） andα1 -adrenergic receptor in the pathogenesis of gestational hypertension. Methods： 40 normahensives and 35 patients with gestational hypertension were recruited in this study. The epitome of the 2nd extracellular loop of ATR - 1 andα1 - adrenergic receptor was synthesized and used as antigens to screen the autoantibodies against ATR - 1 andα1 - adrenergic receptor by ELISA. Meanwhile, the plasma concentration of the angiotensin Ⅱ was also surveyed. Results： The positive rates of the autoantibodies against ATR - 1 andα1 - adrenergic receptor were 31. 4% （11/35） and 28. 6% （10/35） in patients with gestational hypertension. They were much higher than those in normotensives [ 7. 5% （3/ 40） ] and [ 5. 0% （2/40）] （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. The level of circulating angiotensin Ⅱ was （80. 56±＋ 48. 43） pmol/L in patients with gestational hypertension, it was also much higher than those in normotensives [ （31. 22 ±27. 65） pmol/L]（P 〈0. 01） . Conclusion： The findings show that the frequencies of the autoantibodies against ATR - 1 andetl - adrenergic receptor are higher in patients with gestational hypertension, the autoantibodies may contribute to the pathogenesis of gestational hypertension.
