摘  要:目的:探讨微创手术治疗晚发维生素K缺乏致颅内出血的疗效。方法:将36例晚发维生素K缺乏引致颅内出血的患儿随机分成两组,保守治疗组单纯予儿科综合治疗,手术治疗组在保守治疗基础上,早期予微创手术治疗,并随访至1~2岁。结果:手术治疗组治愈率明显高于保守治疗组,死亡率明显降低,后遗症也明显低于保守治疗组,均有统计学意义。结论:微创手术治疗可提高晚发维生素K缺乏致颅内出血的治愈率,有效地降低死亡率,提高患儿的生存质量。Objective: To explore the therapeutic effect of minimally invasive surgery on intracranial hematoma caused by delayed vitamin K deficiency. Methods: 36 children with intracranial hematoma caused by delayed vitamin K deficiency were divided into internal treatment group and surgical treatment group randomly and followed up to 1-2 years old. The surgical group was treated with early transfron- tal fontanels and labroid suture puncture and drainage based on the internal treatment. Results : The healing rate of surgical group was higher than that of internal group. The mortality of surgical group was greatly decreased. Incidence of the sequel was significantly lower than that in internal group. There was significant difference in healing rate, mortality and incidence of the sequel between surgical group and internal group. Conclusion: Minimally invasive surgery can increase the healing rate of the intracranial hematoma caused by delayed vitamin K deficiency and decrease its mortality. It also improves the life quality of the children.
