摘 要:目的:研究单纯性肥胖儿童血液中瘦素、胰岛素、甲状腺素、生长激素的浓度水平变化及其与肥胖发生发展的关系。方法:以10~15岁的肥胖和正常对照儿童各40例为研究对象,以放射免疫法测定血中的瘦素、胰岛素、甲状腺素、生长激素水平。结果:肥胖组儿童血清瘦素和胰岛素水平均显著高于正常儿童(P<0.01),而生长激素水平显著低于对照组(P<0.01),T3水平明显高于正常儿童(P<0.01),T4水平变化不明显。结论:肥胖儿童存在瘦素抵抗及内分泌紊乱,瘦素、胰岛素、甲状腺素在儿童肥胖的发生发展过程中,起着一定的促进作用,而肥胖导致生长激素减少,影响儿童的生长发育。Objective: To study the change of leptin, insulin, thyroxine and growth hormone contents in blood and their relation with the development of children's simple obesity. Methods: 40 normal children and 40 simple obesity children aged 10 - 15 years old were investigated. The contents of leptin, insulin, thyroxine and growth hormone were detected by radioimmunoassay. Results: The contents of leptin, insulin in simple obesity children were significantly higher than those in normal children (P 〈 0. 01 ), the content of growth hormone in simple obesity children was significantly lower than that in normal children (P 〈 0. 01 ) . The content of T3 in simple obesity children was significantly higher than that in normal children ( P 〈 0. 01 ) . There was no significantly difference in the content of T4 between simple obesi- ty children and normal children. Conclusion: There are counteraction to leptin and endocrine disturbance in obesity children. Leptin, insu-lin, thyroxine can promote the development of children's obesity. Obesity leads to the decrease of growth hormone, which affects the growth and development of children.
