摘 要:采用分光光度法对黄曲霉侵染前后两种花生籽仁中过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性进行测定。试验结果表明,接种8 h后两花生品种POD活性明显提高,并表现出明显的活性高峰,之后POD活性逐渐下降,24 h后POD活性变化幅度较小,两花生品种间的POD活性相差较大;接种后随时间的延长CAT活性降低,24 h后趋于稳定,两花生品种CAT活性相差较大。两种酶之间的变化无明显的同步性,两花生品种中两种酶的活性变化趋势也不尽相同。The changes of the peroxidase and catalase activities in peanut before and after invaded by AsperfiUus flavus were analyzed. The results indicated that the POD activity of the two peanut varieties were obviously raised in 8 hours of inoculation and showed apparent peaks, and then the POD activity gradually decreased and tended to be stable after 24 hours of inoculation. The POD activity was different between the two peanut varieties. There was a significant negative correlation between the CAT activity and the inoculating time, the CAT activity tended to be stable after 24 hours of inoculation and there was larger difference between the two peanut varieties. The changes of POD and CAT activities had no significant synchronization and also had different trend.
