摘  要:哈尔滨市供排水集团与哈尔滨工业大学给排水系统研究所联合建立项目组,在压力测试、用水量变化规律测试、阀门阻力测试,、管道比阻测试、漏失量分配等方面进行系列创新,并采用GPS、SCADA等先进设备,最终为哈尔滨建立供水管网数字化管理及优化分析系统,成功地用于指导实践。The laying and operation of pipe network system are quite complex, and condition parameters show strong dynamic. So Water Supply and Drainage Company of Harbin City and Research Center on Water Supply and Drainage system of the Harbin Institute of Technology established the project team. They took series of innovation in pressure tests,changes in water consumption test, valve resistance test, pipe resistance test, loss distribution and other aspects, and used advanced equipments, such as GPS, SCADA. Finally the team established water supply networks digital management and optimization analysis system for Harbin, and put into practice successfully.
