摘 要:豆油已经成为中国食用油消费的主要品种,近几年豆油市场供需双方面均增长迅速,但主产区与主销区的供需平衡逐步被打破,供需结构变化趋势稳定。国内供给稳定,进口豆油以及进口大豆榨油量逐年增加;需求结构依然是以食用为主,工业用油及其他消费缓慢增长。在需求刺激下,外资以及"洋豆"纷纷涌入国内,国内豆油生产企业竞争环境日趋恶化,相关企业的经济行为也做出了调整,主要体现在经营策略和企业布局方面。Soybean oil has become one of the major consumed edible oils in China, and soybean oil market supply and demand has grown rapidly in recent years. However, the balance between main producing areas and the main sales areas had been broken up. In analyzing the changes of the structure in supply and demand trends of oil, it is found that a stable domestic supply, imports of soybean oil and soybean oil import volume has increased annually; The edible oil demand is still the main component of oil consumption, while industry and other oil consumption grow slowly. Under the demand and stimulus conditions, the competitive deteriorated environment as well as foreign investment, and "foreign beans" flux into domestic market. As a result, the economic activities have been evolved in terms of business strategy and business layout.
