摘　　要：探讨脓毒症的病因病机及治疗方法。认为热毒内蕴、内陷营血、腑气不通是脓毒症的主要病理基础,瘀血阻络贯穿脓毒症始终;治疗当以通腑活血法,方选桃核承气汤化裁。This paper discusses the causes, pathogenesis and treatment methods of sepsis. It is argued that sepsis results from internal heat toxin involving nutrient-blood aspect and subsequent bowel-qi obstruction; and blood stasis exists all the time; its treatment lies primarily in unblocking bowel and activating blood by modified ＂Taohe Chengqi Decoction＂.
