摘  要:将烤烟品种K326、云85的4叶期烟苗,分别置于以硝酸钠、硫酸铵、尿素、硝酸铵为氮源的营养液中进行培养,研究烤烟品种在漂浮育苗期对不同形态氮素的生长适应能力.结果表明,云85在苗期的长势较强,对营养液中氮素形态较敏感,其生长量从大到小依次为尿素、硝酸铵、硫酸铵、硝酸钠;K326苗期长势相对较弱,对营养液中氮素形态的敏感性相对较弱,其生长量从大到小依次为硝酸钠、尿素、硝酸铵、硫酸铵.表明在漂浮育苗时需要针对不同烤烟品种采用相适应的氮素形态营养液.4-leave tobacco seedlings of K326 and Yun 85 were cultivated in culture solution with different forms of nitrogen: NaNO3, (NH4)2SO4, CO(NH2)2, NH4NO3 in floating-seeding system separately, to study the adaptabilities of the 2 tobacco varieties to the different forms of nitrogen. The results indicated that, Yun 85 grew better than K326 in seedling period and was more sensitive to the any forms of nitrogen. The growth of Yun 85 followed the order CO(NH2)2〉 NH4NO3〉 (NH4)2SO4〉NaNO3. Comparatively, K326 grew less strong in seedling period and was also less sensitive to the different forms of nitrogen, and its growth order was NaNO3, CO(NH2)2, NH4NO3 and (NH4)2SO4. The experiment showed it was necessary to diversify the culture solutions according to the different tobacco varieties in floating-seedling system.
