摘　　要：目的建立中国青年人（18－44岁）动脉血血气分析血氧分压参考值与地理因素之间的回归模型。方法收集全国各地区数据及各地区地理因素指标，对中国青年人动脉血氧分压参考值与地理因素的关系进行研究。结果得出中国青年人动脉血氧分压参考值与地理因素之间的回归方程。结论如果知道中国任何地区的地理因素指标，就可以应用此方程方便的推算出中国青年人动脉血氧分压参考值，实际应用于各地临床血气分析氧分压参考值的预测。Objective To building a regression equation which can indicate the relationship between PaO2 value of young adults＇ arterial blood and geographical factors in China. Method Collecting the PaO2 value of young adult and geographical factors in China and study the relationship between them. Result To make out a regression equation which can indicate the relationship between the PaO2 value of young adults＇ arterial blood and the geographical indicators. Conclusion If known the geographical indicators of each area in China, we can estimate the PaO2 reference value of the young adults＇ arterial blood by using the equation.
