摘 要:目的了解重庆地区幽门螺杆菌(HP)临床分离株对常用抗幽门螺杆菌抗生素甲硝唑、克拉霉素、阿莫西林等的体外敏感性及耐药性,为临床根除治疗HP感染提供依据,以指导临床用药。方法HP菌株取自重庆医科大学附属第二医院胃镜室,分离培养后,采用琼脂稀释法进行体外抗生素敏感性实验,检测HP对甲硝唑、克拉霉素、阿莫西林、替硝唑、四环素、呋喃唑酮的敏感性,各种抗生素的MIC范围均为0.125~256μg/mL。结果从887例患者胃黏膜中培养出HP96株,其对甲硝唑、克拉霉素、阿莫西林、替硝唑、四环素及呋喃唑酮的耐药率分别为91.67%、29.17%、4.17%、4.17%、0%和8.33%。结论重庆地区HP对阿莫西林、呋喃唑酮和替硝唑有较好的敏感性;而对甲硝唑和克拉霉素的耐药率较高,分别为91.67%和29.17%;未发现对四环素耐药。Objective To investigate the antibiotic resistance of Helicobacter pylori(HP) clinical isolates in Chongqing area. Methods HP strains were isolated from the patients who underwent gastroduodenoscopy in Second Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing University of Medical Sciences,and were further incubated in microaerobic condition, The susceptibility of HP to metronidazole,clarithromycin,amoxicillin, tinidazole, tetracycline and furazolidone were tested by agar diluted method. The range of minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) was 0. 125-256μg/mL. Results A total of 96 HP strains were isolated from the 887 patients. Of which,91.67% was resistant to metronidazole,29.17% was resistant to clarithromycin,4.17% was resistant to amoxieillin,4.17% was resistant to tinidazole,0 was resistant to tetracycline ,and 8.33% was resistant to furanzolidone. Conclusion Resistance against amoxycillin, furanzolidone and tinidazole is still low. Resistance rate to metronidazole and clarithromycin is the highest. Resistance isolates to tetracycline are none.
