摘  要:丙酯草醚是我国具有自主知识产权的一种新型高效除草剂。以草莓、葡萄、猕猴桃的试管苗为试材,探讨了丙酯草醚对草莓、葡萄和猕猴桃及其乙酰乳酸合成酶活性的影响,为在果园中使用该除草剂提供理论依据。结果表明,丙酯草醚对葡萄有明显的伤害作用,对草莓和猕猴桃影响不大;用丙酯草醚处理草莓、葡萄、猕猴桃的试管苗时,丙酯草醚对葡萄乙酰乳酸合成酶活性有较大的抑制作用,对草莓和猕猴桃的乙酰乳酸合成酶活性的影响较小。将高质量浓度的丙酯草醚直接加入到乙酰乳酸合成酶提取液中,丙酯草醚对3种果树的乙酰乳酸合成酶活性均有较高的抑制率。Propyl 4-[2-(4,6-dimethoxy-2-pyrimidinyloxy) benzylamino] benzoate (ZJ0273) is a highly active herbicide with novel molecule structure with China's independent intellectual property fights. In order to provide a theoretical base for ZJ0273 application in orchard, the effects of ZJ0273 on seedlings of strawberry, grape and kiwifruit, and the activity of acetolactate synthase (ALS) were examined. The results showed that: after the application ofZJ0273, the severe injury appeared in seedlings of grape, while nearly no symptom was observed in strawberry and kiwifruit. In the seedlings treated with ZJ0273, ALS from grape was significantly inhibited, but not from strawberry and kiwifruit. An addition of ZJ0273 at higher concentration to extraction solutions of Aeetolactate synthase could significantly inhibit the activity of ALS in three species.
