摘  要:通过盆栽试验研究了镉、丁草胺单一及复合污染对苋菜生长的影响.结果表明,镉在土壤中的质量比为5mg/kg(低质量比)时能促进苋菜生长,高质量比(20mg/kg)时抑制了苋菜生长,造成苋菜幼苗成活率显著下降,植株矮化,叶面积和生物量显著减小,镉的毒性作用对苋菜生长的影响持续时间较长.丁草胺污染程度越大,对苋菜生长的抑制作用越强,随着其在土壤中质量比增大到50mg/kg以上,种子发芽延迟,幼苗存活期缩短.随着镉和丁草胺复合污染程度的增高,苋菜成活率、株高等生理指标显著降低,对苋菜生长的抑制作用显著增强.The pot experiment and cadmium on amaranth. The was conducted to study the effects of individual and combined results showed that low concentration of cadmium (5 mg/kg) pollution of butachlor promoted amaranth' s growth whereas higher concentration of cadmium (20 mg/kg) strongly restrained their growth, resulting in obvious reduction of survival rate,plant dwarf and decrease of leaf area and biomass. It was indicated that the toxicity of cadmium poses longer-time influence on growth of amaranth. On the other hand, the inhibition on amaranth growth was enhanced with the increase of butachlor concentration. When the concentration increased up to 50 mg/kg, germination of seed was retarded and survival period was shortened, which indicated that the effect of butachlor was more obvious and showed acute toxicity. In addition,with increase of concentration,the interaction effect of butachlor and cadmium on amaranth was significantly enhanced, causing obvious decrease of physiological index including survival rate and plant height.
