化学镀 Ni-B 或 Ni-P 镀层与油溶性有机钼添加剂的协同效应

摘　　要：在４５调质钢基体上化学镀ＮｉＢ合金或ＮｉＰ合金镀层．在基础油润滑下，ＮｉＢ合金或ＮｉＰ合金镀层比４５钢耐磨性均提高４１倍，但摩擦系数却分别增加１６３％，２０３５％．在基础油中加入３％的二烷基二硫代磷酸钼（简称ＭｏＤＴＰ）．结果表明，与未加ＭｏＤＴＰ的４５钢相比，ＮｉＢ、ＮｉＰ镀层耐磨性分别提高１２８倍，７倍，摩擦系数分别降低５４％，５１２％，说明ＮｉＢ或ＮｉＰ镀层与ＭｏＤＴＰ有良好的协同效应．The electroless Ni B or Ni P coatings are deposited on the surface of quenched and tempered 45 steel. In the case of baseline oil the wear resistance of both Ni B and Ni P coatings increases by 4 1 times while the friction coefficients of them increase by 16 3% and 20 35% respectively compared with those of 45 steel. When 3% of molybdenum dithiophosphate (MoDTP) is added to the baseline oil the wear resistance of Ni B and Ni P coatings increase by 12 8 and 7 times respectively,and the friction coefficients decrease by 54% and 51 2% respectively compared with 45 steel without MoDTP,which results in a good synergistic effect.
