全运会运动员交流的利弊及对策研究

摘　　要：当前全运会运动员交流制度为优化竞技体育资源配置、改变竞争格局、平衡区间实力、提高运动员比赛能力等都提供了有利条件,但也为消极比赛、不公平比赛、"功利性"交流行为提供了机会。从确保全运会有一个良好的竞赛秩序和为项目发展提供良好的环境出发,针对目前在全运会上由于交流运动员而引发的突出问题提出了对策。The current National Games athlete exchanged the system for the optimized athletic sports resources deployment, the change competition pattern, the balanced sector strength enhanced the athlete to compete ability and so on to provide the advantage. But for the negative competition, the unfair play, ＂utilitarian＂ the exchange behavior has also provided the opportunity. From guaranteed that the National Games has a good competition order and provides the good environment for the project development to embark, in view of present as a result of exchanged the prominent problem which existed at the National Games the athlete initiated to propose the countermeasure.
