摘 要:奥运福娃、中国印、奥运口号、理念等包含有特定知识产权的奥运精神产品的管理是北京奥运会管理方面的重要内容;中国文化奉行义作为利的价值取向和道德基础,合法而又合理的处置奥运精神产品带来的潜在商机是本研究所要探讨的问题。采用辨证思维的方法,探讨在中国社会体制下北京奥运会知识产权类产品的管理,应更加突出人文关怀,更加突出管理要服务于奥运与大众的紧密结合。Olympic Fuwa, Chinese Seal, Olympic slogans, philosophy and other intellectual property including the Olympic spirit of a particular product management of the Beijing Olympic Games are important parts of management. Chinese culture pursue justice as a benefit of the values and moral foundation, a lawful and reasonable disposition Olympic spirit of products to potential business opportunities in this paper is to explore the issue. The dialectical thinking of ways is adopted to explore China's social system in Beijing Olympics the management of intellectual property products, humanistic care should be more prominent, more prominent in the management services to the public in the Olympic Games and the close integration.
